The ALC Growth Committee, is committed to the expansion and success of the Keller Williams Pasadena Market Center. With Keith’s leadership and expertise, the committee serves as the driving force behind agent recruitment, retention, and professional growth opportunities, including KSCORE recruitment and KW Pasadena Career Night.

Mission

To grow the Market Center by attracting top-tier real estate professionals and dynamic entrepuers interested in getting into real esate, supporting their success through training, mentorship, and a collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

KSCORE Recruitment: Promote the Keller Williams School of Real Estate (KSCORE), offering aspiring agents a tuition-free scholarship opportunity to obtain their real estate license while learning foundational skills to launch a successful career in real estate.

KW Pasadena Career Night: Host monthly Career Nights to introduce potential agents to the Keller Williams model, showcase the tools and resources available, and highlight the opportunities for career growth and income potential. These events provide an open forum for prospective agents to ask questions and learn how KW Pasadena supports its agents.

Collaborate with the Team Leader, Operating Principal, and leadership team to craft and implement growth strategies.

Actively identify and engage with talented individuals in the local real estate community, including both seasoned professionals and newcomers.
