I received my Real Estate license in 1985 and with the exception of mobile homes, I have done every type of property and every kind of transaction (short sale, trust sale, probate sale, normal sale lease / option sale etc) . I graduated form Claremont McKenna College with a degree in International Finance, so I am still waiting to put together that deal with the villa in the South of France to use my degree. Otherwise, I have a passing knowledge of Spanish (which helps put together deals in southern California) and a fluent knowledge of French (which has never helped me put together a deal).

I am involved in my local church as a Baptism and Eucharist minister. I am married with 4 children . For 23 years, I volunteered as Basketball coach for the local elementary school, I got hooked on Duke Basketball when my oldest daughter went to Duke, and yet, I still have allegiance to the Bruins, mainly out of respect for Coach John Wooden. I am Southern California born and raised (3rd generation).
