KW Pasadena Annual Christmas Party

The KW Pasadena Annual Christmas Party was an evening filled with joy, inspiration, and holiday spirit, bringing together agents, staff, vendors, and their loved ones at the beautiful San Gabriel Country Club. The festive ambiance set the stage for a night of celebration, connection, and giving back, making it a truly unforgettable event.

The evening began with a warm welcome as guests mingled over delectable amuse-bouches, festive beverages, and plenty of laughter. The air buzzed with excitement as the Keller Williams Pasadena family came together to reflect on a successful year and share in the holiday cheer. Adding to the fun, the Reindeer Games sparked lighthearted competition, with guests diving into the festive activities with enthusiasm.

Ken Parsons delivered a heartfelt and moving speech, expressing gratitude to the KW Pasadena Real Estate Agents, Staff, and Vendors for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. The proof is Keller Williams Realty Pasadena was Voted #1 Brokerage in Pasadena for the 2nd Year in row. His words resonated deeply with everyone, reminding us of the incredible community that makes Keller Williams Pasadena so special.

Gabriel Perez followed with a grateful Thank you to the 2024 ALC and the committee members for bringing their expertise and passion to grow the KW Pasadena Market Center. Then introducing the ALC for 2025 Keith Harrington Growth Committee, Laura Hartley Business Development Committee, Cynthia De Pasqual Culture Committee, and new Committee to Keller Williams Jayne Parsons - Community focusing on KW market centers small groups, needs and interests. Gabriel Perez went on to give an inspiring Vision for 2025, focusing on Grit, Perseverance and Passion as the keys to success for 2025. His theme, "Greatness Through Grit," left everyone feeling motivated and ready to tackle the challenges and opportunities of the year ahead.

Keller Williams also launched the “The Thrive” a Quarterly Print and Digital Newsletter for 2025 with Editorials, thought pieces, book list and personal celebrations from KW Pasadena Agents and Staff. A delightful surprise came when Noel de los Santos amazed the crowd by solving a Rubik’s Cube in just ten minutes. His quick-thinking demonstration was a crowd favorite. Next time you see Noel challenge him to beat his time. The evening's excitement continued with the KW Cares 50/50 raffle, a highlight of the night. Michelle Rossi, the wife of Marketing Director Robert Schmolze, won the raffle and immediately spread the holiday spirit by donating her winnings back to KW Supported Charities. Her generous act exemplified the heart of the Keller Williams Pasadena community, bringing a touching close to a night focused on giving back.

Throughout the event, agents donated more than 100 unwrapped presents to the Boys and Girls Club of Pasadena, ensuring that children in need would experience a brighter holiday season. The combination of donations, raffle proceeds, and holiday cheer underscored the KW Pasadena commitment to community and generosity.

As the party drew to a close, the energy and excitement for the coming year were undeniable. Guests left inspired by the words of leadership and the acts of kindness that defined the evening.
