ABOUT OUR MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

At Keller Williams Pasadena, Agents new to the business will have the opportunity to participate in our Mentorship Program. The Mentorship Program is a crucial piece in the development and success of new Agents. The program builds good habits, reduces liability and puts new Agents into production quicker than Agents without this foundation. By completion, an Agent will have the knowledge base and confidence to operate in our Industry.

Comprised in two parts, Education and Practical Application.

Education teaches you everything from business planning and goal setting to learning contracts. Most Agents can complete Education in about a 3-4 month period. Classes are given from a local office level to a national level, as well as several from the local board of realtors. Additionally, Mentors may provide one on one training or small group coaching to their own group of Mentees.

Practical Application teaches an Agent how to operate in the field with clients, giving them the transaction experience. Our Mentors work with their Mentees from start to finish on each of their transactions, and whatever else they need guidance in.
