Chisel & Tool, a division of Bliss Holding Group Inc. established in 2003, is a fully licensed general contracting firm based in Pasadena, California. We specialize in custom design-build construction services, catering to both residential and commercial clients throughout Southern California.
Our expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including ground-up construction, home renovations, commercial tenant improvements, custom sheds, and Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). Led by Principal Isaac Bliss Tanihaha, a 20-year construction industry veteran with degrees in Mechanical Engineering from UCLA and Construction Engineering Management from UAB, our team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to each endeavor.
