Keller Williams Pasadena is excited to announce that Don Zhao has joined. Don became Interested in Real Estate at a very young age because of the game Monopoly. While in New York, he started his career in Real Estate development and financing: responsible for developing and supervising detailed project budgets from soft costs, through hard costs, working with architects, engineers, contractors, municipal officials, and financial institutions, for the implementation of successful construction projects.
Don moved to Pasadena to start his family and has been focusing on listing/sales ever since. He has spent years excelling in the competitive landscape of metro Los Angeles Real Estate. Passionate and relentless in ensuring his clients get the best there is in the market, Don has established a reputation as a well-respected and innovative agent. Don holds a Master's in Public Administration from Indiana University. In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer, basketball, swimming, and spending time with his wife and 2 boys.
