Kevin began his investment real estate career in 1986. Prior to joining KW Commercial, Kevin was a multi-family investment specialist with the Hanes Company until 1989. Subsequently, he worked as Senior Vice President with Sperry Van Ness, and was an Associate Partner at Hendricks-Berkadia.
Kevin’s list of achievements includes: Over $700 million dollars of multifamily sales in San Gabriel Valley, and Tri-City Area since 1986, Honored "Top 10" Agent for Sperry Van Ness 1995, 1998, and 2001, Earned a position in the Sperry Van Ness 'Partners Circle' in 1994, 1995, 1998, 1999, 2001, and 2003. Recipient of 2000 Achiever Award for Sperry Van Ness. California Broker of Record for Hendricks – Berkadia 2014 and 2015.
Kevin has a strong background in real estate management and finance and is responsible for providing his clients with current market knowledge and up-to-date information on market trends. In addition, he is accountable for all promotional activities, contract preparation, negotiations, due diligence, arranging financing, and coordinating the closing of transactions.
Kevin received a B.A. in Marketing from Arizona State University in 1985, where he played on the Junior Varsity Baseball Team and Varsity Rugby Team.
