The DTD2 Tagging system, straight out of BOLD, is an excellent way to ensure you’re engaging your database with a minimum of 4 annual calls and 2 annual texts. 

The FORD (Family, Occupation, Recreation, Dreams) conversation is great for these calls, and the P.U.B. text (Personal, Useful, and Brief) from BOLD pairs well with this too!
