Under the leadership of Cynthia DiPasquale, the committee spearheads initiatives that strengthen the Market Center's culture, promote community engagement, and enhance agent satisfaction.

To cultivate a collaborative and inclusive culture within the Market Center by organizing events, supporting charitable activities, and promoting the Keller Williams belief system, thereby enhancing agent engagement and community involvement.
