A KW Career Night, hosted by Keller Williams, is an event designed to provide information and resources for individuals interested in a real estate career, offering insights into the Keller Williams model, earning potential, lead generation, and training opportunities. Abfter the event and they chose to move forward they will eligible for a Scholarship to Kaplan Real Estate PreLiscencing Education that will prepare them to talk thier state exam. They will also be enrolled in KPREP designed to get them ready to become a real estate agent. Including free mentoring advice from Keller Williams Realty Pasadena Realtors and support staff. In addition to study resources and support through Kaplan.

Keller Williams' Keller Successful Career Opportunities in Real Estate (KSCORE) is a program designed to make real estate pre-licensing education more accessible by covering the costs of state-approved courses. Through a partnership with Kaplan Real Estate Education, KSCORE offers a fully digital, self-paced curriculum that allows aspiring agents to complete their pre-licensing requirements at their own convenience.
WHAT IS KW PREP?
In addition to pre-licensing courses, KSCORE provides access to KW Prep, a free program that supplements real estate education with practical, real-world applications. This includes business development strategies, tools, tips, and coaching based on Keller Williams' award-winning training. It's important to note that KW Prep is not a pre-licensing course and does not fulfill state licensing education or continuing education requirements.

WHAT’S THE CATCH?
There’s no catch! KSCORE removes the financial hurdle of pre-licensing education to give aspiring agents the opportunity to explore real estate risk-free. By covering the cost of the course, we’re able to show students the true value of a career in real estate—without the upfront investment. Whether they choose to join Keller Williams or not, they gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the industry!
DOES THE SCHOLARSHIP COVER THE STATE EXAM?
No, the KSCORE program does not cover the cost of the state exam. The exam fee is $119 per attempt, and you will need to pay this directly to your state’s real estate commission or testing provider each time you take it.
WHAT IF MY COURSE EXPIRED?
If you need to extend your KSCORE course, you will need to pay Kaplan directly. The cost for a 30-day extension is $79, and a 90-day extension is $149. Once you’ve decided which extension you need, contact Kaplan Student Support at 1-800-660-8105 or email REstudentsupport@kaplan.com. WHAT IS MY EXPIRATION DATE?
To view your course expiration date in your Kaplan Real Estate portal, log in to your account and navigate to the "Access Your Courses" section, typically found on the left menu bar. Select your specific course, and the expiration date should be listed alongside your course information. If you encounter any difficulties locating this information, please contact Kaplan's Student Support at 1-800-660-8105 or email REstudentsupport@kaplan.com for assistance.
CAN I REFER SOMEONE TO KSCORE?
Yes! You can absolutely refer someone to the KSCORE program. Simply have them email Kharr0602@gmail.com or share the link to have them attend a Career Day and get started on their journey into real estate. It’s the perfect way for them to explore the industry and take advantage of free pre-licensing education - just as you have!
